The wasp from Apex Predator don't actually fight, they attack once and die... so basically they are just a delayed poison. Mant is cool, but 90% of what you fight will die before he does anything and the spawn rate, even doubled, isn't that great. Apex Predator was also nerfed by a significant amount, and now does venom damage. No longer stacks with poison buff armors. On the plus side, spiders now take a varying amounts of poison damage and are no longer completely immune to it (25%-90% immunity), with the exception of the Black Widow which still has full immunity.A species that is an "apex" predator in one environment won't necessarily remain so in another.
